You are spoiled. The bikes we buy today have more power, more handling, more luxury, more of everything than ever before. Look around and you find brand new motorcycles that could have won an SBK race eight years ago leaving dealers for less than eight grand. The problem is, that’s virtually all that’s available here in the US; big, expensive, fast, intimidating bikes. That’s great if you’re an expert, but not so much if you’re a beginner.
