Is this the MV Agusta F3?
Weird swingarm, weird rear subframe, unique exhaust, chopped up fairing and tail unit that are still too big for whatever’s underneath, data acquisition equipment, funny holes in the fairing, no engine covers visible…these photos, taken recently at Spain’s Almeria circuit, appear to show the much rumored MV Agusta F3, an alleged three-cylinder, 675cc little brother for the 2010 MV Agusta F4. Can you spot any other changes?

Why on earth would you go to all the bother to disguise the testmule if you leave the name on the fairing?
Edit: reading the topic on mvagusta.net, they tested the bike during a regular trackday. (moneysaving after HD cut the funds?)

I just hope they make it a bit more comfortable than its larger sibling. Sure that is what the Brutale is for but can’t we get a full fairing bike that doesn’t constantly remind me I’m not in my twenties anymore.

I am hoping for a modest 120hp / 65lb-ft and less than 15k. I love the idea of a smaller MV. I am however sad that it won’t be able to compete in WSS since they don’t allow 675 triples, or do they now? Keep it up MV and I am glad that HD didn’t influence any of your design cues!
They do. The Triumph Daytona 675 competes – Chaz Davies is currently fourth place in the championship on one. I’m guessing the F3 would have the Triumph engine, no?
