Oh noes! Piaggio web intern strikes again, V7 Clubman Racer just a concept

Oh cruel fate. We went over the moon during EICMA when we read the first line of the official press release for the Moto Guzzi V7 Clubman Racer: “NEW MODEL 2010.” Asking for pricing and delivery dates when I spoke with Piaggio today, all I got was an awkward silence followed by, “Uh, yeah, that’s nowhere near market. Most those parts on there are the only ones made.” So this is another mistake like the misnaming of Terblanche’s V12 concepts!? “Ha! Uhmm, yeah. I’m afraid so.”

Intern, whoever you are, just know that a lot of people really really hate you right now. And, uh, be a dear and take that release down, which is still up as of the time of this article publishing. Yeesh.
