Hell For Leather presents Stop/Action

Photos: Stuart Dalton Phillips

Ever found it hard to convey the experience of a fast motorcycle ride to other people? Stop/Action attempts to do just that by suspending 11 Aprilia RSV 1000 Rs and one Aprilia RSV4 in a three-dimensional ribbon running throughout the 26×3 gallery in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Inspired by stills from a high speed film reel, the installation was conceived by Sam Strauss-Malcolm and Tyler Poniatowski.

Stop/Action will be open to the public 2-7pm every day from October 2-11. 26×3 is located at 26 Broadway, Brooklyn, New York.

There’s an opening reception tonight, 1 October, from 6-9pm, if you’d like to attend, please RSVP by emailing us.

Stop/Action is sponsored by Aprilia USAAlpinestars, LeoVince and Everard Findlay with special help from Aprilia Brooklyn and Aprilia Potamkin Manhattan.
