Honda RC166 ringtone makes your cell scream at 17,500 RPM
Imagine if the upcoming Moto2 class went inline 4-stroke but kept the 250 Grand Prix displacement, added two more cylinders, forced all the riders to wear really cool jet-black suits with no logos and raced on real roads again. Since that’ll never happen, Honda has at least been consoling enough to give us a new ringtone. This time it’s Mike Hailwood flogging his insane inline 6-cylinder RC166 works race bike, considered by many to be the acme of 1960′s Grand Prix prototype engineering. Well, okay. If we must.
