2009 KTM 400 EXC tweaked for better performance

2009_KTM_400_EXC.jpgFor 2009, KTM has upgraded its popular 400 EXC enduro, equipping it with a short-stroke engine. The company claims this will be the best all-round dirt bike in its range, combining the performance of motocross competition bike with the rideability and all-day usability of an enduro. The motor also receives titanium valves, a magnesium cylinder-head cover and a new hot-start system, which should make it easier to restart the bike after a fall. The Kawasaki KX450F-style speed holes should really boost performance, too.
