Photo: LastexitWhile tracks eradicate dangers associated with daily commuting or highway riding, new risks inherent to the high-speed straights, tight chicanes and fast sweepers must be addressed.
Safety and comfort take precedence as speeds rise dramatically in the absence of traffic. However, there's absolutely no reason why anyone should be forced to wear pastel leathers, neon boots and gloves, and a sparkly helmet with tribal raptors just because everyone else does.
Here's what works for us:

Hard to argue with any of those choices.
Spidi race suits are well worth a mention, as is the AGV Titech if you can't stretch to an Arai.
I've never worn a Spidi, but I hear good things about them...
