Rizla Suzuki adapts classic graphics for 2008 MotoGP team

big_loris_capirossi_suzuki_test.jpgChris Vermeulen and Rizla Suzuki wowed us at last year's Phillip Island Grand Prix with their special Sheene-replica paint scheme and race leathers. Now it looks like they're adapting that look for both Vermeulen and Loris Capirossi for the entire 2008 season.
big_loris_capirossi_suzuki_test_4.jpgCapirossi pulls off the look better. The classic graphics on his helmet complement those on his suit and GSV-R perfectly. Vermeulen needs to get with the program. His tribal tattoo–influenced helmet is hideous.

We hope more teams and more riders figure out that modern riding gear needn't look horrible while retaining all the usual levels of protection and sponsorship. James Toseland already has, so who's next?
