Roland Sands: Aesthetic Speed

“The comment I get all the time is, ‘I was a Harley guy, and I didn’t like sportbikes, and now because of you, sportbikes are starting to appeal to me,’” says Roland Sands, known for custom bikes that have given crossover appeal to the mainstream motorcycle industry. He’s working on a project that will create low-power, low-weight sportsbikes capable of luring an entirely new type of rider into the motorcycle world.
