Yamaha U-Max: an MT-01 for 2020

Conceived as a logical successor to the MT-01, the U-Max does a much better job than the company’s own MT-0S of adapting the corporate concept design language to a performance bike. The engine cover is based on that of Yamaha’s EC-02 electric scooter, adapting a much more aggressive look here. One of our favorite parts is the simple, understated, yet purposeful exhaust. Suzuki’s B-King could learn a few lessons here.
